On 2/23/17 at approximately 2pm I ordered the buttered noodles with alfredo sauce, korean meatballs, and side ceasar salad. I starting feeling bad around 6pm with stomach pains, wanting to vomit, no energy, sweating, dizziness. It was on 2/24 that I visited the doctor to get medicine and to confirm food poisoning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Dizziness, Sweating, Stomach Pain
