I ordered a kale salad. The ingredients did not taste fresh. I threw up an hour after eating and continued to throw up blood and bile before I had to go to the emergency room 4 hours later because the vomiting would not stop. Upon reporting this to SNHD, I learned that North Italia has had violations for not washing fruits and vegetables and has had multiple infections for cleanliness. I expect better from a restaurant in this price range. | Symptoms: Vomiting, Bile
