Cottage cheese, I'm a patient, I was served a cottage cheese and fruit plate labeled to expire the next day. I ate part but stoped because the first bite of cottage cheese I took without fruit tasted off. I complained to the nurse who stated it smelt sour. Within a few minutes I vomited for 5 min straight untill I was having dry heaves as my stomach was empty. After completely vomiting my stomach to empty my nausea and headache disapated and I had no more instances of vomiting or nausea before or after | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Headache
