I started using oatmilk as my milk substitute of choice. I get oatmilk from dunkin and Starbucks when I get coffee, but they use planet oat and Starbucks uses something that’s not Oatly, I only drink Oatly at home and only if there’s no other option available. I don’t get GI upset from any other brand, but last night was awful. I must have a contaminated carton, I was up all night and day with severe vomiting and diarrhea , awful stabbing pains my stomach. I even called an ambulance. I felt like I was going to die. I’ve been weak and extremely fatigued with a migraine all day on top of nausea that will NOT go away. I found this comment, I had to stop eating and drinking oat milk, the same thing has been happening to me, and it feels like you said “I’m going to die “ I called the ambulance all the times until one day someone pinpointed it may be the oats I was eating, then it all clicked . The pain is the worst pain I’ve been in my life , starts off like cramps then diarrhea and vomiting and fainting and stabbing pain and your e so weak you call 911 cause you feel like you’re dying. Also felt like I was on fire.
