Today, We think pepperoni sticks. Two times, separated by several weeks, I got horrifically ill with vomiting (and diarrhea the second time) after eating an oberto pepperoni stick from the same bag. Two other people in the household also ate the sticks. One complained of a stomachache, plus her breath got instantly awful smelling right after eating it, and the other person has had acid reflux for days (not normal for him). The three other people in the household who did not eat the pepperoni sticks had no issues. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Acid reflux, Nausea, Stomach Pain
