From the 29th October till today- 5th November my partner and I have been suffering severe diarrhoea which has caused us to miss out a lot of days on our trip. We aren’t completely sure what it is as we both eat different things.We found out it’s the ice they use in our drinks and cocktails that have caused us severe diarrhoea, they use the unfiltered tap water to create the ice. | Symptoms: Diarrhea
