I ordered a meatball sandwich which comes with choice of salad. I had the mixed greens with balsamic vinaigrette and a canned diet coke. I ate it about 12:30 on Dec 3. I had nothing else to eat that day. About 4:15 I developed mild nausea that worsened over the next 2 hours, then began having severe chills and vomiting for several hours. No diarrhea yet. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Diarrhea
