High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Approximately 15 live roaches between non working reach in chest freezer and mop sink located in kitchen. Approximately 20 live roaches in wall mounts for shelves in ware wash area located in kitchen. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2022-03-29: Six live roaches on door track of reach in display case not currently in use. Also, one dead roach on floor near unused ice machine and one dead roach on floor under prep table. Manager swept roaches and discarded. **Admin Complaint** **Corrective Action Taken**
High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Roach excrement and/or droppings present. On reach in chest freezer and mop sink. On wall mounts for shelves. **Warning** - From follow-up inspection 2022-03-29: Behind hand wash sign at hand sink. **Admin Complaint**
