Additional information: At ~10am I ate a bagel from "The Bagel Project" in Salt Lake City. At ~2pm I ate a little more bagel in Five Waters Hotsprings - an outdoor, unmaintained hot spring. At 7pm I ate from a series of take-home Chinese containers from Zhang's Chopstix in Ogden Utah. About 10 other people ate the same food and none of them have shown symptoms. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills
