Lemon Yogurt Illness Report - Meijer, Detroit Michigan

I ate 1 1/2 of the lemon flavor at work yesterday and within an hour or so I noticed a full stomach ache. It then turned into a soft bowel movement and very smelly gas. I left early and by late afternoon I was puking multiple times with alternating stomach cramping and another bowel movement. Headaches chills. I was miserable. Today I felt better but only if I stay laying down. Still have a headache and can’t eat much. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Headache, Chills, Gas, Cramps, Stomach Pain
