Additional information: Symptoms lasted throughout the night. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with fries and pickles. Within 30 minutes to an hour after arriving back to my hotel, I had extreme diarrhea and started vomiting. The first couple of bites tasted a little weird, but I continued eating it.
