Ordered Chicken Alfredo with Linguini and Spaghetti with Chicken Meatballs to go. Had the Chicken Alfredo with Linguini that same night (Monday, 7/25/16) with no issues. Both entrees came with salad and breadsticks. The next evening I ate the Spaghetti with Chicken Meatballs and the salad in the container that wasn't eaten the night before. Within 5 minutes of eating it had diarrhea, then within 2 hours had chills and a bit of a fever. I stayed in bed mostly and was weak all night and the next morning. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Weakness, Chills
