Went to lunch there around 1:00 pm. Had the salad and shrimp scampi. Did not finish the shrim scampi. So took it home. Later around 5pm. Started to feel weird in my tummy. Then threw up. Chills came on fever. Throwing up a ll night. 4 times. Im positive its the food. I had nothing that day. Not even breakfast! | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Chills
