My kids (ages 2.5 and 1yr) ate the kids portion of fettuccine Alfredo. An hour later my daughter vomited again and again very forcibly. Then a couple hours later she woke from her sleep to vomit again. While my husband and I were cleaning her up in the bathroom, our son awoke from sleep and vomited all over his bed. I figured that they both had a virus, but my mother who is a nurse suspects food illness since it came on very close after eating. A bug? Food illness? We will never know unless we all report. | Symptoms: Vomiting
