On 12/22/23 Ordered the chicken and shrimp carbonate. 1 hour later got a bad stomach ach. Got home to vernal and took some stomach medication but it didn't help. The pain was so bad had to go to the ER. They did a ultrasound and found my gallbladder to be bad had to take out with surgery. After a urine and stool sample it came back positive for ecoli, Noro virus, somenella, and c-div. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

If you have a C. diff infection there is absolutely no way you would be out at a restaurant, you would hardly be able to leave the bathroom. Also...it doesn't seem likely to be infected with 3 different bacteria plus norovirus all at the same time?!
C.diff is most likely not caused by this. You may have gotten Noro virus but it sounds like you had a gallbladder attack and you had some serious gut issues to begin with. Also there's not a way for you to have all these immediately with no incubation period. You most likely already ate something that got you sick. I have had food poisoning severely and none of your symptoms match severe food poisoning but a serious issue with your gallbladder.
Sorry that happened to you, sounds awful! Hope you feel better soon! I have to agree with the other comments regarding your ailments. If it was the chicken/shrimp, wouldn't other people that ate it that night at Olive Garden be incredibly sick too?
All that is not true you can get cdiff from a person not washing their hands . You can get all of that from a person not washing their hands whether it’s in kitchen or surfaces. And yes you can have all at the same time.
