Shared Salad, Severe Symptoms - Olive Garden, Bourbonnais Illinois

On February 22 at approximately 8:00pm, my husband and I stopped at Olive Garden for soup, salad and breadsticks. My husband and I both had the salad. 4 hours later we were experiencing severe diarrhea, vomiting, chills and sweating that lasted at least 8 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Sweating
