Ate on 12 th October -2023 - at around 1pm hadn’t eaten before this meal. At the salad, breadsticks and chicken gnocchi soup. By that night had a severe migraine and then symptoms of sickness, nausea violent stomach cramps, diarrhoea, fever, etc started and persisted for over a week, 10 days later and I still have symptoms. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Migraine
