Additional information: lunch portion spaghetti and meat balls to go. one breadstick. ate at office. started getting dizzy and trouble focusing vision within an hour or two. then nausea, room spinning, vomiting, bowel movements until nothing coming out anymore. got ride home. still sick but symptoms calmed at 10 pm after pepto bismol tablets and bismuth. cannot stand up without becoming sick again. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Dizziness
