So I ate fettuccine Alfredo and right after I got into my car I felt really sick and had stomach pain, the next morning when I woke up I was shivering the whole day, it’s my 4th day now I vomited 5 times this morning and went to the bathroom for diarrhea 4 times during night. I had neck pain and high fevers reaching 104. As long as I remember I never felt this sick in my entire life I felt like I would die God forbid. I am really unpleased and still suffering. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Stomach Pain
