ER Visit: Salmon & Broccoli - Olive Garden, Fort Worth Texas

Went there on April 3, 2021 and had the salmon with broccoli. I was fine until 6 hours later and became violently sick with diarrhea and vomiting. I was vomiting so much I had to go to the ER and never experienced anything like this. The salmon and broccoli is the only thing I ate that day. I still haven’t been able to eat and it’s two days later! | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
