Shrimp fettuccine  Ate dinner Sunday the 9th at this place, woke up at 2am with diarrhea. Woke up at 7am with diarrhea and vomiting, lasted till 1 before I called a ambulance. Throwing up every 15 minutes. I got admitted to the hospital for 1 full day. Still feeling ill | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Nausea
