My father, cousin and I went to eat at Olive Garden yesterday and bought my son a create your own bowl to go. My sons to go order consisted of rigatoni, creamy mushroom sauce and chicken. My son got violently ill at 10pm last night. My father, myself nor my cousin got ill however we didn't have any chicken. My son is still having symptoms, fever, headache, nausea at 3:45pm the next day. I have made a report with Olive Garden as well. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Headache
