Severe Illness Post-Salad - Olive Garden, Lafayette Indiana

My two boys and I ate there. My older son and I had a salad and my younger didn't.
Within two hours I was so ill with stomach cramps and severe (worst I've ever experienced in my 50 years) diarrhea. My older son also became ill about three hours after. He has a severe cause of FP, took him to urgent care. He has nausea, extreme vomiting, diarrhea, chills. Its horrific.
