ER Visit: Chicken Gnocchi - Olive Garden, Greenwood Indiana

Chicken gnocchi soup I had lunch at 1pm. Became  very ill at around 10 pm that evening and actually ended up with a Emergency room visit. A CT verified that it was food poisoning.  I was weak for 5 days. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Weakness
