I ate Alfredo pasta and a salad. About an hour after consuming the meal, I was violently ill. Since that time I have had all the symptoms corresponding with food poisoning. This food is the only thing that has not come out of my home that I have consumed in days. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
