I ate dinner with my Fiancé and her friends, 4 hours later we arrived back home and I had sever cramps in lower abdomen AFTER pooping. Couldn't poop afterwards. Next day, stomach is progressively upset, but managed to stomach down a small meatball sub. 2 hours later has temperature and severe stomach cramps with diarrhea. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Stomach Pain
