I ate Chicken and Shrimp
Carbonara from the Morgantown Olive Garden and had to spend several hours in the emergency room last night as I was unable to keep any liquids down.

I ate dinner with my Fiancé and her friends, 4 hours later we arrived back home and I had sever cramps in lower abdomen AFTER pooping. Couldn't poop afterwards. Next day, stomach is progressively upset, but managed to stomach down a small meatball sub. 2 hours later…
