My husband ordered shrimp and chicken carbonara and salad. He ate the salad, then had a few bites of the entree. He stated it tasted "weird" and "slimey" so he didn't eat any more. About 45 minutes later, he began violently vomiting and having diarrhea. This was on Saturday, and today is Monday. He is not vomiting, but he is still having diarrhea and fatigue. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fatigue
