Gnocchi Soup Illness Suspected - Olive Garden, Idaho Falls Idaho

Ate lunch with husband and child. All was normal until 2 am woke up extremely bloated and nauseous. Was stuck in bathroom with severe diarrhea and bloating for two hours. Multiple vomiting. Fell asleep on bathroom floor afraid to leave due to symptoms. Usually very healthy and no food allergies. Husband and I had separate soup dishes (I had chicken gnocchi, he had zuppatuscona). Every other food we shared was the same. (Bread stick, salad, water). He has reported no symptoms. It happened Yesterday  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Bloating
