Yesterday I had lunch in Olive Garden in lake City Fl.  I order chicken  parmesiano, salad and pumpkin cheesecake.  3 hrs later I  was sick with nausea, vomiting and stomach pain.  I went to ER .  I was deshidratate.  Still no feeling good. I think the chicken and the cheescake The vomit last until I went to ER.  For about 3 hrs | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Dehydration
