My 10 yr old had shrimp Alfredo and approximately 30minutes after eating it he had a nausea that turned into vomiting about 10-12hours later . Then 4-8 hours later had both ends at same time then severe stomach cramping. He ate there Jan.24 @8:30pm. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
