Off-Color Meatball Illness - Olive Garden, Washington Pennsylvania

8 years ago reported by user-xqpfz731 business

Olive Garden, Washington Road, Washington, PA, United States

371 Washington Road, Washington, 15301 Pennsylvania, United States

I had dinner with my mother yesterday. We each ate the same thing except she chose a salad with her meal and I chose Italian Wedding Soup. While eating the soup, I noticed that the meatballs tasted different and were an off shade. Last evening, I became very ill. Fever, chills, nausea, and stomach discomfort. It has continued today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
