Back in February 2016 I got food poisoning so bad I thought I was going to die. Had a late lunch with family. Strip steak medium rare and some Bloomin' Onion, probably a few Bud Lights too. All was well until that night, when the flatulence began. It smelled as though my body was trying to digest rancid garbage. Then at 3am all hell broke loose. I was having extreme diarrhea, and simultaneously projectile vomiting. I was hallucinating due to fever. I vomited and had diarrhea with such force and for such a duration that my body ached due to the powerful contractions need to propel the filth from my bodily orifices. I'll never forget the scene of my nude body, covered in grotesque bodily fluids, crying in my mother in law's bathroom as my wife gave me last rights. Luckily I survived, and made a full recovery in about a week. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Flatulence, Body Ache
