Raw Oysters Suspected Culprit - Oysters, Glen Burnie Maryland

4 years ago reported by user-rvqg9656 business

Oysters, Rams Head Dockside, Furnace Drive, Glen Burnie, MD, USA

1702 Furnace Drive, Glen Burnie, 21060 Maryland, United States

Ate crabby tots, oysters, and a burger on St. Patrick’s day. The other person who ate the oysters is also sick, so I’m guessing that they were the culprit. Some mild diarrhea around 5-8pm the following evening, and then I woke up around 5am and began to vomit and have severe diarrhea for 6 hours straight. Vomiting ceased after the 6 hour window, but I had severe nausea, fever, and diarrhea for the rest of the day, with symptoms just now subsiding. Absolutely miserable - I love raw oysters but after this I’m not sure I’ll eat them again given the higher risk for food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
