We had lunch Thursday afternoon at PFChang’s. I felt strange during the night. On Friday, however, I began vomiting and had diarrhea. My wife drove me to urgent care where I was given a saline drip that also contained meds for my nausea. I was also somewhat disoriented. Last night my wife showed the same symptoms. I had ordered a walnut shrimp dish with melon balls and had given some to her. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
