Weird Veggie Causes Illness - P. F. Chang's, Chandler Arizona

We started eating between 7 and 8pm. I got the sweet and sour chicken. One of my vegetables tested really weird and it looked like a piece of onion. Right after eating there I didn't feel good but I was able to fall asleep. At midnight I woke up with diarrhea, nausea, and chills/ shaking.
