last night, Shrimp Hibachi from restaurant My 15-year-old daughter ate the shrimp hibachi and banana tempura at here yesterday afternoon. She called me just after 7 p.m. to report that she had thrown up multiple times. Husband gave her water, she couldn't keep it down. Continued to have stomach cramps, vomiting, nausea, and then diarrhea throughout the night. Visited ER at approximately 3 am, was told likely food poisoning. She was given anti-nausea meds. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
