Had a late supper Wednesday, Sept. 28th at Pacinos. Shared both spinach/artichoke dip as well as the parmesan chicken with spaghetti. My husband ate more than I did resulting in him starting to vomit by midnight. He continued to vomit and had severe watery diarhea every hour on the hour. I started experiencing severe abdominal cramping followed by a continuous onset of watery diahrea at 6am in the morning. this went on for hours. Am going to phone the manager at noon today and tell him what happened so they don't end up poisoning anyone else. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
