Veggie Pizza Error Leads Illness - Panago Pizza, Edmonton Alberta

6 years ago reported by user-rtgt9682 business

Panago Pizza, Webber Greens Dr NW, Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

1248 Webber Greens Drive Northwest, Edmonton, T5T 4K5 Alberta, Canada

I ordered a Veggie Mediterranean Pizza and it came with meat slices on it. I ate one peice of the slice and once noticed the meat I removed it all. My 2 little cousins had a peice and we didnt eat the rest of the pizza because after removing the meat it had already ruined the taste of the veggie pizza. 24 hours later we were all sick, one with diarrhea, one puking and myself got nausea, was puking and got diarrhea., | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Food poisoning doesn’t take 24hrs

Admin

Hi, thanks for your comment. TIP: Foodborne diseases, in general, refer to more than 250 kinds of disease-causing germs. In the majority of people with mild to moderate symptoms of food poisoning (viral and bacterial), symptoms may resolve in about 24 to 48 hours and there is no additional medical treatment needed. But food poisoning can also take more than a few days or even weeks to resolve. It's important to note that anyone who is experiencing signs of dehydration or blood in stool for more than 72 hours should be evaluated medically and seek medical help if they suspect something unusual about the symptoms they are experiencing.
