2. City of chicago food service sanitation certificate
- comments: no person on site with city of chicago sanitation certificate or proof of certificate while handling tcs products such as rice, chicken, pork etc. . Instructed person in charge someone on site must have certificate at anytime food is being preed cooked and served. Priority foundation 7-38-012 citation issued
21. Proper hot holding temperatures
- comments: observed a full pan of chow mein noodles for sale in front display case for sale. Noodles were at improper temperature of 120 degrees. Food was discarded at this time of inspection. All other food products in case are at adequate temperature. Priority 7-38-005 citation issued
48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed clear water backing up from floor drain when front hand sink is used. Instructed to correct drain and use the other hand sink until sink/drain corrected. Priority foundation 7-38-025 citation issued

- comments: outside waste grease and garbage area not maintained. Waste dumpsters open, food, food containers and debris on the ground along with the grease container with grease encrusted to the top of the container. Instructed manager on duty to clean area and maintain clean. Priority foundation 7-38-020(b) citation issued

- comments: floor under cooking equipment in need of cleaning to remove all food debris and build up. Clean and maintain.

- comments: manager on duty does not hold an allergen certificate. Instructed to obtain and maintain certificate on site.
