Almond Chicken Illness Suspected - Panda Express, Washington District of Columbia

I normally have no issue here, but yesterday I got horribly ill within hours of eating the almond chicken and beijing beef. Pounding headache, chills, diarrhea, stomach cramps. Couldn't sleep all night. I thought it was Covid but it went away after a day or two which is how I know it was food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Something else, Cramps, Headache, Chills
