Food Safety Report: Panda Express.

Last night(2/12/16) my daughter cane gone around 10pm with a an orange flavored chicken panda bowl which included steamed rice. She ate it and within an hour she couldn't stop shaking. No fever but within a few minutes she started having non stop diarrhea. She has now been resting most of that day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
