Salmonella from Shrimp Meal - Panda Express, Pleasant Prairie Wisconsin

Honey walnut shrimp I ate it Saturday afternoon, and was nauseous late Saturday night, with vomiting and diarrhea starting Sunday afternoon. Progressively got worse and went to Froedart South emergency room Wednesday morning where I was admitted because of elevated creatinine. My kidneys were not functioning properly due to severe dehydration. I was rehydrated and given multiple doses of potassium and arrived home yesterday afternoon. My doctor called today with a positive culture for salmonella poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
