I ate at the Panda Express on La Palma Street in Buena Park California. I ordered chow mein orange chicken and two orders of the honey walnut shrimp. Just a couple of hours after eating I started feeling the pain. The pain got progressively worse accompanied by diarrhea and severe nausea. I had to take an ambulance to the hospital. My son ate some of the food there too but I didn't give him the shrimp and he still had diarrhea and stomach pain following. The friend I went to eat it with has not responded to me since that day. This happened on November 20th 2017. It was around 12:30 in the afternoon. I am still in the hospital now and it is almost the 22nd. I had to be admitted into the hospital with my young child and unable to care for him because I was so sick from the pain. I took an ambulance although I have a car. This is the worst pain I've ever had from eating something. I've tasted and eaten the shrimp before from other chains and it did not do anything like this so it had to be poor preparation on the store's end.
