Picked up an orange chicken and vegetable chow me in kids meal for my daughter around 5pm on 8/15/2020 and no one else ate it. She has had nausea and vomiting approx 12 hours after. No fever. No one else feels ill. Likely clostridium perfringens or Bacillus Cereus due to leaving foods sit at improper temps or holding food for more hours than it should be. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
