food i ate mushroom chicken & brown which was delivered, i was the only to eat the dish and the only one to become sick, i started to feel ill about 3/4 of the way through eating the dish, went to bed and about 2:30 in the morning i woke up and went to the bathroom and was sick, the following morning i have diarrhea and was sick again later in the day, with hot a cold sweats, and then as the no improvement to my symptoms i went to the doctors | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Sweating
