Entire family became ill after eating noodles, orange chicken, and string bean chicken from Panda Express in Columbia Missouri. All 4 of us had diarrhea within an hour and went to the bathroom multiple times. My infant child had stomach issues that caused him to cry 23 times during the night and numerous diaper changes. My infant child vomited multiple times and had chills and was discomfort for nearly 2 days. All 4 of us became ill and had stomach related issues. The conditions of the younger children were worse than the adult. We were all healthy until this event. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Chills
