On Saturday 9.17.2016 around 10.30pm I went to Panda Express and they were about to close, the girl asked me what I wanted and I got chowmain, rice,orande chicken and something with mushrooms and an extra medium order of chowmain. I ate outside and drove home home. Sunday morning i woke up with a terrible diarrea, i went to the bathroom about 15 times sunday, monday, Tuesday and Wednesday i had lost about 12 pounds. I waited to see if gotten better but nothing. By Friday i was extremely dizzy and weak and called an ambulance. I spent 4 days in the hospital and was released home and a nurse came over to give me an extra 4 days of antibiotics therapy through an iv. A cat scan of abdomen at kaiser ER showed my entire intestines inflamed,ulcerative colitis. Gi doc said i ate something contaminated that put me out . Ive lost a total of 22 lbs from the 18th of September until now. Extremely weak and sicklish still. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dizziness, Weakness
