11/3/2016 I left my house with my friend we went panda express I order the rice and chaw main and orange chicken and brocculi we had it to go I went to the beach when I got home I felt cold I was shaking I didn't know why even if I was under then the cover then I puked and went to sleep woke up at 1am hot burning hot. When I woke up my head hurted I kept wanting to vomit and did once. I was like that till the next day . by Sunday 11/6/2016 I got stomech pain and back pain I kept running to the restroom . | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
