I eat at Panda Express in Hawaii Kai on May 3rd. I suffered a severe case of food poisoning for 4 days. I became dehydrated and fainted while getting up from the toilet. I fell hit my head sprained my ankle and had to go to the emergency room. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Dehydration
